1. The staff was welcoming and accommodating when I called to talk to them about arriving late; they were gracious and friendly during check-in and check-out; and the breakfast included in the room rate was GREAT.

4. The staff was very nice (the gentleman in the morning was particularly nice; I think his name was Antonio?), check-in was no problem, and our room was very nice (and different!).

10. Upon arrival, we were able to check in about a half an hour early with no problem, and we were able to upgrade to a king jacuzzi room.
