1. I talked to the manager and was told the food delivery didn't come in as expected.

3. He immediately called the front desk receptionist (still in a peaceful tone), told her of the unclean room, and her response was, 'Oh, well the house cleaning staff is gone for the day and I'm the only person here, the manager is also gone for the day.

4. I immediately called the front desk and told the receptionist that what I just experienced in the last 30 minutes was unexceptable and demanded that the manager call me the following morning or else I wouldn't be as civil as I was over the phone.

5. i go to the front desk and they told me they don't have sheet ,i ask for the manager and was not manager on duty at that time .
