1. The lobby is no longer in a cramped, converted hotel room, there is no more loud construction noise in the morning, and the rooms (or at least our room) look like they have received a good cleaning.

3. Especially being able to print out boarding passes etc in the hotel lobby (for free - remember they'll charge you about $5 for 15 minutes in nearby pubs).
