1. My husband and family members did occasionally swim in the pool which was very warm but we normally went to Wet & Wild or Aquatica, for the times we were around the pool it was sufficent and we could also grab a coffee or tea free of charge from just inside the breakfast area throughout the day.

2. Especially being able to print out boarding passes etc in the hotel lobby (for free - remember they'll charge you about $5 for 15 minutes in nearby pubs).

3. There is a computer with internet access and printer in the lobby you can use free of charge, which came in handy to print out our Boarding passes before we went to the airport.

4. We often had reception order us a taxi to take us to Universal as there was 6 of us which was very convenient, but the charge for the taxi on the way there is about $5.00 more expensive as I think the hotel get a cut for ringing it through for you.

6. It was such a horrible stay that we check out a day early and the front desk clerk was trying to charge me 200.00 something dollars when my hotel was book and paid in full through hotel.

9. We waited about 15 minutes and nobody showed up so I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager who of course wasn't around and there was nobody who was in charge.
