1. Our room was on the 2nd level overlooking the pool - nice view, but got very loud when there were people in the pool.

BTW, they DON'T appear to be all the same, some have better views (I got a nice view of the rooftop air conditioning system, but it wasn't a problem since I wasn't in my room much), and some overlook the pool (but given the crowd of kids around the pool, maybe this was good think I wasn't there).

3. Crystal at the front desk was very accomodating and allowed us to switch our room upon check-in (initially our room was on the 1st floor and I preferred the 5th and she made it happen!) Room was clean, view was great.

4. We had an outside room facing the pool, great view, we were able to watch over the pool and the kids without even having to be at the pool and we were 4 stories up.

7. The Pool view rooms have not been renovated (still have tube TVs) and you really don't see the pool unless you're on the first floor.

8. we pick this hotel because of it being close to the parks , downtown disney etc. We were put in the pool view / back rooms.
