1. Check-in was easy, even if the clerk argued with me about how my name is pronounced.

2. The staff are there to help you when you need it, like if you arrive before check-in time and you want to hit the park but can't put your bags in the room you reserved yet.

3. Check in was not a problem I was given a room on the 3rd flr in the atrium at first I wasnt too happy to have a room right by the elevator, the front room was kind of noisey w/people coming and going all hours via the elevator, but once I was in the bedroom portion total silence frm the hallway area.
