1. The manager came out and actually looked at the reservation and allowed him to check in and did apologize and comped us the $10.00 parking.

5. I would like to say that two of the Night Time Desk Supervisors/ Managers (Annie and Les) were very helpful in correcting a problem in regards to parking fees.
