3. Then when I went to check out I was quickly helped, but when I asked "What do I do with my room key?" I was curtly cut off with a "bye" and watched the staff member help the person behind me.

10. We stayed for 6 nights & I would not have changed a thing - excpet maybe the $12 a day parking fee that is assessed at check out - but when you can walk across the street to Seaworld you save on parking there, so it's not a deal-breaker by any means - we highly recommend this hotel.
