1. A lady from the front desk was very apologetic when i complained about the bad service and offered us a $100 complimentary voucher to have dinner at one of the restaurants which was nice although i dont think the level of service was acceptable from a Ritz hotel.

7. We booked our room exclusive of breakfast because we intended eating on the go every day, however when the desk clerk heard that we were on our honeymoon she immediatley upgraded our room and included full breakfast as complimentary for the entire stay.
