Clean and quiet room - comfortable beds, beautiful balcony, flat screen TV, I-pod docking station, mini-bar, work desk, wireless internet ($10/day), toiletries, plenty of hot water and water pressure, morning newspaper delivery, morning cleaning, evening turndown (with chocolates), fluffy robe and slippers, and everything else you might need.
