The staff and service was excellent, rooms spotless, included free breakfast 7 days a week and snacks and refreshments 4 nights a week with free alcohol, lovely pool and free transport to EVERY park including Disney (no other hotel provides this, not even last years hotel), great central location for eating out.

4. Room was quiet (though the people next door to us may not have said the same with my daughter's screaming!) Nice pool & very hot jacuzzi - fairly shaded but that was fine for us.

6. There are better things to do in Orlando other than staying in a swimming pool in the hotel :-)5- Breakfast is ok for the american standards, but after 4 days started to get tired of the same things and decided to buy stuff in walmart.

8. 3) did I mention the staff was EXCELLENT?4) we went to the pool after eating - no mom we did not wait an hour - hubby and I sat in hot tub while grandson made some new friends in the pool - nice area - the jets in the hot tub aren't too invigorating - but I was in Florida in nice hot water with bubbles and hunny - life was looking pretty good to me.
