1. The lobby has a very nice dining area where they serve a hot breakfast each morning and offer a happy hour each evening with drinks and a few light snacks.

9. To take the shuttle to Universal, Sea World, etc., you need to sign up at the Universal desk which is just across the lobby from the registration desk.
