3. I would highly recommend the 3rd building as it is centrally located between both pools (a few mins walk) but far enough away to be peaceful.

5. Besides that very uncomfortable fact, the rest of the experience at the hotel was very good and we would recommend it, and come back ourselves with the late checkout request before even making the reservations.

6. The only area I could recommend for improvement is to learn from Parc Soleil for the poolside restaurant.

7. Positives:Very clean, great water pressure, towels are soft and plenty, the pools were very nice (recommend the smaller pool which has less children after 5 pm), mattresses were comfortable, tv's new, whirlpool tub was very large and worked well.
