3. If going to Convention Center I would recommend staying at the Hampton Inn which is directly accross from the convention center and was very nice.

8. I did have a rental vehicle (w/my own GPS) for my stay, since I needed to visit our office in the 'burbs, but if you intend to stay around downtown, the quarter, or the warehouse/convention district, I would recommend taking a cab instead.
