1. Filthy carpets, smoke, stained linens, unchanged linens, dirty toilet (bonus -- free feces and blood!), dirty bathtub, dust everywhere, etc. The owners made a mad dash to clean the place up prior to our family's arrival, but it was far too little far too late.
