1. Our room was very clean and were able to get new towels, coffee etc. with no problem.

2. Also, as for the cleaning crew cleaning your room and refilling your towels and other items, such as toilet paper, soap, etc., they don't do this.

The housekeeping staff could have used a bit more attention, though my room was always clean -- one housekeeper left a spray bottle of cleanser in my bathroom, and the towels provided dwindled from day to day of the stay (my first day I had towels for three, and by my last day I had to use a hand towel as a washcloth) but there were no problems or lapses in cleanliness.
