1. All of the staff including valet were very friendly and accommodating but there were several minor inconveniences during our stay where we had to contact the front desk to remedy these which they did.

2. 'The valets were understaffed (big convention in town this wknd) Upon check out I called down so the car could pulled out since it was across the busy street & told guest services that, they replied, 'when you come down get valet to get your car' & hung up on me.
