The staff was consistantly professional and courteous and
housekeeping
did an excellent job each day (even when they forgot to leave me shapmoo/conditioner, these items were sent up within minutes after a call to the front desk.

It's a pretty quiet bedroom, but I had some noise issues in the living room - the women next door were loud as was
housekeeping
in the hallway.

It turns out the
housekeeping
staff probably didn't even know we were there, and 'guest services' wasn't available for us because we weren't officially guests of the hotel, according to the hotel's computers.
