1. The rate was exceptional for the location and although it didn't include onsite parking, it did include parking in their private garage which is located about 4 or 5 (short) blocks away.

3. As we told the clerk upon check-out, this is our kind of funky place and she said summer rates were really cheap (maybe half price), as we indicated we might be back in July.
