1. The front desk was extremely helpful, especially the manager John, with taxi bookings to the airport and general info.

3. That being said, the be and bedding was very plush and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly from the manager to the valet to the security guard; the sushi restaurant and staff was exceptional--I ate there three times in 36 hours and I never do that.

4. When I finally spoke to the manager, he told me that I should file a report with the New Orleans Police Department and to give my valuables to the people at the front desk for safe keeping.
