1. The interior walls of the hotel are generally not clean, and common amenities - such as the ice maker or luggage carts - were out of order or unavailable.

3. Overall, a very good deal and, IMO, as good, or better, than any comparable place (price and amenities wises) I've stayed in New Orleans (ie: Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Queen and Crescent, Cotton Exchange, etc.).

4. It is in a renovated Sears Department store building and the amenities are nice - we were lucky to get a room with an outside view and it was spectacular.
