1. Patrick (the manager) said it wasn't his problem and I booked the hotel through an agency so deal with them.

4. During our 3 day stay we had the unusual experience of when we could make our room available so they could install double glazing to our windows which the manager promised would only take an hour, when we arrived back that afternoon the windows had being installed and we could not believe the difference during the night, it was so quiet and peaceful.

7. When we got home I was waiting for a call from the manager on Monday and he had not called me yet so by 1:30pm I called and spoke with Shawn(either the manager or owner) i didnt have to wait long for him to get on the phone and i explained our situation and problems and he was very understanding and listened to what i had to say and he credited our card back a one night stay.
