1. It was a few blocks away from bourbon street which was great because it was quiet but also within walking distance of all the fun.

3. The price was reasonable and the location was perfect - within walking distance of all the attractions: French Quarter, Casino, WWII Museum, Superdome, etc. In fact, we only took a cab once and that was back to the airport.

6. It is a good 2 block walk if you have a dog like mine that needs grass to do her business.
