4. I was one of the trip leaders with a community service group which stayed at this hotel recently and the hotel staff were very helpful in helping to ensure smooth check-in and check-out of our large group with many rooms.

7. We arrived late to check in (as we informed them) and they only had one room available not two.

8. Anyways, we got there early and although we couldn't check in early due to the pet friendly rooms not being clean yet, they were very nice and allowed us to go ahead and valet our car and check our bags.
