1. Toiletries were numerous, as expected, including nail files, combs, ear swabs, makeup remover sheets, mouth wash, shave kit, and multiple soaps and lotions.

3. Turndown was only done 3 of the 5 nights and even then they only pulled the duvet cover over the sheets.
