1. From the moment we entered the lobby until we left 4 days latter we experienced friendly helpful service from the late afternoon/evening shift desk attendant to Cathy who took care of our room.

8. I was riding public transportation so I took city buses to get there during the day and cab from the qtr which I paid $23 when i returned ( have to wheel and deal with the cabbies in NOLA ) they also provided a shuttle service that was only like $6 from the hotel to the QTR.
