4. You could get a bus from opposite the hotel which costs $3 forA whole day pass - you will need to change onto a street car once you get to canal street.

5. The bus only costs $3 a day, for that you can get the 94 bus to Canal Street, then its about a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter or you can get on a Streetcar using the same ticket.

6. If you're on a strict budget you can get a Jefferson Transit bus E-2 from the airport for $1.50, then connect on to the RTA Toulane bus 39 down to Canal Street, then connect to the 94 totaling your cost from the airport to the hotel at $3.

7. Got in to N/O train station about 11pm, our train was delayed so we had to get a taxi to the Motel ( we had originally planned just to get the bus) Taxi driver was bit mental saying its miles away and that we were way out and why were we staying there - so that was a bit worrying but anyway it was 10mins away and cost $25.00 - so dont be put off by people saying its way out.
