1. Since the place is very convenient to the airport and to downtown, we were hoping there might have been improvements in the condition of the property.

2. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great being that the temps were around 100 degrees that day, the location of the hotel was only about 2-3 miles from the downtown area, the guys who worked the front desk were courteous and helpful.

4. When we checked into this hotel we saw they offered 24 hour shuttle service to downtown, since we were traveling on motorcycles we thought this was an easier way to travel so we wouldn't have to pay for or find parking for three bikes, when we called the front desk to let them know we'd be needing the shuttle they asked us to come to the front desk when we were ready to leave, which we did.

5. Upon arriving at the front desk they were waiting to hear from the shuttle driver to see if he wanted to take us downtown and depending on how late we wanted to return would determine if he would be picking us up, he wouldn't drive after midnight!- so much for 24 hour shuttle service, its more like whenever Sunjay wants to drive you Shuttle Service.

7. I picked this hotel because I thought it was in a good location -- close to both downtown and Opryland, according to the Internet, but I would definitely not stay here again because of the surrounding area/neighborhood, not because of the hotel itself.

8. No one had mentioned, however, that it was a twenty five dollar cab ride anywhere you wanted to go -- whether it was 4 miles to downtown, or 12 miles to Opryland or to the airport.
