1. On website has pets allowed sign and called ahead of time to ask if pets were allowed but during the night got a knock on our door to come to the office and they cancel our weekly stay, up-charge us for a night plus a $15 dollar dog fee.

2. We had to get online to check email, so we sucked it up - but were sorry we did because the connection was so slow it took us about 30 minutes just to check our email and print our boarding passes (they also charge per page to print stuff).
