I feel that in this instance, good customer
service
should have produced either a maintenance man within 15 minutes of the complaint or a call from the desk advising the length of wait time for the maintenance man.

The days inn is also have the above things in the room upon that the lady who works for days inn is so rude and don't have any clue about customer satisfaction or

com did find me another room which I am appreciative of, but I don't think I will be using their

any more if area hotels are not going to honor a guest's request.
