1. It cost us a lot of pain and money to take care of the bed bug bites as we had to get steroid medicine from the doctor for the itching and then we had to have all our clothes washed and dried on the highest setting for a few hours.

2. I went to the front desk and told the clerk that I would not stay there and I wanted my money back he said I can get clean linens when the maid comes to work in the morning, never mentioned the bugs and said I can't do nothing about the bed.
