3. My first room the ceiling tiles in the bathroom area were broken and falling down, the paint on the walls around the toiletpaper holder was coming off, the door to the bathroom stuck so bad that you had to push the door open with your shoulder, the tub was disgusting along with the mold on the ceiling.
