The neighborhood probably was good a generation or two ago, but is now rundown; the torn down building lot across from the office, the steel fence around the parking lot, the out of business strip bar behind the property, and the number of guests that seem down and out even make a cheapskate like me a bit nervous.

5. THE ROOM(S) I was given room #125-as I entered the parking lot I noticed some kids were playing in the parking lot and they seemed to be relatives-problem: they wereplaying with a bat and a ball-they were never told to leave.

7. He said that his employee did what anyone would have done (Not someone with at least first aid training), and that he couldn`t do anything about the kids playing out in the parking lot because they could have been staying there.
