WHEN WE CHECKED IN THEY HAD BOOKED THE WRONG ROOM AND THE ROOM THEY TOOK US IT WAS JUST NASTY AND WHEN WE COMPLAINED THE GIRL AT THE DESK TOLD US THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE KING SUITES AND THAT WE HAD BOOKED A DOUBLE BUT WHEN MY HUSBAND BROUGHT IN OUR CONFIRMATION LETTER AND ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK SHE SAID WE HAD PREPAID AND SHE COULD NOT RETURN OUR MONEY BUT DID COME UP WITH A KING SUITE ( WHICH THEY DIDN'T HAVE ) .
