Now, the reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2 (I feel the motel is more of a 2 star) is because I was only there for two days and didn't feel like taking time complaining to the managers, changing rooms, etc. so I don't feel like it's necessarily right for me to trash talk the motel too badlyIf you're a picky person, I would definitely NOT stay here, however, if saving quite a bit of money and getting a location close to the city is more important than a few 'quirks' then I would recommend.

3. After staying here twice, I would probably spend the extra money and get a nicer, more quiet hotel even if it happens to be out by the Grand Ole Opry.

Pros: clean room, affordable, friendly staff, easy on/off access to freeway and downtown, good shower pressure, ample parkingCons: area appears pretty safe, but there were a couple peddlers asking for money on nearby street (much like you see downtown), bathroom door was pretty knicked up, pool, lobby, and outer area could use more renovation, sheets didn`t fully stay on bed.
