1. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, i.e. running airline boarding passes, map questing locations and directions, offering dining recommendations, etc. The room was clean and comfortable.

2. It turns out that this place did not have wireless Internet when we were there so we had to use a public computer in the lobby:( However, people at the front desk and staff were very friendly during our stay, which was a plus.
