1. The lady on front desk was quite friendly, and there was a free internet PC in the lobby which is a bonus.

4. We parked at the very back of the property and since they havent joined every other hotel in the world with doors that open with keycards we had to lug our stuff back through the lobby to get to our room (which was at the very end close to our car).

7. I was told that the mainentance man was working on a project in the lobby and would get to the wireless problem after he was done.

8. The lobby project was replacing the vertical blinds which had nothing to do with service to the customers but obviously was more important to the maintenance staff.

9. The hotel lobby actually had a flower arrangement held in place with styrofoam packing peanuts, which should have been an indicator of things to come.

10. Another guest walked into the lobby and tried to go out the front door which was locked - he tried to wake the guard to open it for him, but the guard was completely out of it and continued snooring.
