The lady on front desk was quite friendly, and there was a free internet PC in the
lobby
which is a bonus.

There was a security guard in the
lobby
, and when I woke up at 4am from jetlag and went out to the
lobby
area, he was fast-asleep and drooling on himself.

The
lobby
was full of 'friends' and co-workers of the hotel using the computer.

We parked at the very back of the property and since they havent joined every other hotel in the world with doors that open with keycards we had to lug our stuff back through the
lobby
to get to our room (which was at the very end close to our car).

lobby
and then into your room .

The room and bathroom appeared clean , hallways seemed a little dingy , and I did not care for the array of food items for sale in the
lobby
.

The
lobby
project was replacing the vertical blinds which had nothing to do with service to the customers but obviously was more important to the maintenance staff.

The hotel
lobby
actually had a flower arrangement held in place with styrofoam packing peanuts, which should have been an indicator of things to come.

Another guest walked into the
lobby
and tried to go out the front door which was locked - he tried to wake the guard to open it for him, but the guard was completely out of it and continued snooring.
