1. It is a little confusing inside (it is shaped like a square with a courtyard in the middle) and when you first walk in and follow signs for elevators it leads you on a wild goose chase that is far from enjoyable.

3. I had a handicapped room and the shower was a walk in but the shower allowed water to run on the floor and made it extremely slippery and dangerous when stepping out of the shower.

4. When you walk in the lobby, you're taken in by the beautiful, huge meeting area with a 30-foot ceiling, fireplace, several TVs, etc. Sadly the actual rooms are not quite as impressive.
