1. This is not a brand new hotel and it doesn't cost $200 a nite, so, if you're looking for a nice place, great staff, desired amenities, good location surrounded by pricey hotels, I've got to say I will recommend and stay here again should the need arise.

2. If you need a nice place to stay in Nashville, rent a room downtown and pay more for it - IT IS WORTH THE EXTRA COST.
