1. We didn't use it, but the free shuttle service is a nice bonus (though a lot of the time, its being used to make airport runs).

6. Lobby is very nice, service was also nice, room 'so so' - in fact identical to the Marriott we had just stayed at in Atlanta, however several degrees less luxurious.

9. Service was good, rooms were mediocre (beds were very uncomfortable and the lack of a fan in bathroom left you gasping for air after a warm shower, this is also a cause for visible mold on the ceiling).
