1. Room rates are reasonable and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with a fridge and a microwave, so feel free to keep your leftovers from dinner because you can actually eat them later.

2. We were delighted with the size of the room and very happily surprised with the free breakfast buffet although disappointed that all of the bowls, plates, cups and utensils were plastic/disposable (but it is understandable that it saves on staff costs and helps to keep the room rate down).

4. Was a bit disappointed that we did not get such a good rate for our second stay and can only assume this was because we booked by phone as the internet was down in the Holiday Inn Express in Memphis.

9. We had a 'decent' rate at $115 plus tax plus Parking at $19 a night (that was a bummer) but I enquired about week-end rates which are nearly $300 a night - now THAT would be ridiculous to pay for an Express.
