1. We were supposed to get a free $25.00 breakfast that cost $40.

2. We did take the key to the mini-bar only to remove items to store our food & snacks but we didn't partake of any of the items within the minibar because of the high cost.

5. If there is no price reduction, perhaps ease up on the cost of parking ($26/day!) and add some exterior relaxation space, say a sun-deck or a jacuzzi.

9. We are stuck in a hotel in an area we do not want to be in and now will have the extra cab fare cost when we wanted to be downtown were we could walk to everything .
