3. We were on the fourth floor - they put us in a room with a kitchenette (which we didn`t request so it was a big surprise!) and the manager at the front told me that was standard to try to put people in the nicer rooms if they had them available at no charge.

Only negative - locked our passports in the safety deposit box, and then they couldn't get it open - needed to get a locksmith in to drill it out before we could head for our flight and we had to be pushy to get it to happen and not at our expense, so if you need to lock anything up, ask the night manager to put it in the safe.
