6. Not to mention they billed our credit card $300.00 for 'smoking' in the room and guess what.

8. When I questioned their policy and why I wasn't informed up front the clerk threw my 2 $100.00 bills back at me in front of my wife and two kids and said she just cancelled my reservation.
