1. The gym has new equipment but very small only 2 treadmills, 1bike and 1elicipital machine all with flat screen tvs on them.

2. the rate i paid was 55 GBP per night (yes really) and this included breakfast,use of a decent gym and free parking, which seems to be rare in Tennessee.

3. The construction didn't bother us at all- the gym was shut down but they had it arranged that anyone could use the Hampton inn location 4 blocks away if needed, which was great customer service.
