1. Great amenities; pool was nice; fresh popcorn in the lobby (YUM); decent complimentary breakfast (waffle maker set up was not with rest of food, so look by the coffee pots in the lobby).

3. Only real downside to the hotel was price - seemed a little pricey compared to some other hotels around, though with some nice amenities (including a paper delivered to your door in the morning), a nice late checkout of noon, and free parking, it's not a bad stay, especially if you want to be within a stone's throw of the edge of Vanderbilt campus.
"Nice rooms, fine location near Vandy, slightly expensive. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/4/2009 Vote
4. I`d never stayed there before and didn`t even know there were rooms down there, and I don`t think the furnishings and amenities were quite as nice/fresh as the upper floors.
