After 20 minutes of talking to this manager to attempt to get a room that met our needs at one of the other Hilton properties another front desk employee realized what we were talking about and informed the manager a room that we were looking for was actually available however it was just not the room that was preassigned to us.

9. Near midnight, I am sitting in the hotel computer room calling Hilton customer service after being told there was not a manager on duty at the hotel.

10. PLUS a $1.57 tax for parking on top of the 17, which is listed on your bill as 'state and local tax' but was explained to me by the desk manager as a parking tax.
