1. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the friendly lady at the breakfast (it's a shame that I forgot here name) and the manager really did their best to make you feel comfortable and took the time for their customers.

7. We were also impressed (with what we believe to be the manager) and his willingness to help out in the breakfast area each morning that we were there - it's very seldom you see a manger clear tables for their hotel guests.

9. Tim Tolbert, the general manager, and Michael Cline, assistant general manager, are a true asset to the Drury Hotel chain and were wonderful resources about getting around Nashville in an efficient and economic manner.
