4. Housekeeping in my opinion was a bit off, we left our rm at noon and came back at 4pm and it still had not been cleaned.

5. At 5:30am on Saturday, apparently they were cleaning the atrium area because I was awaken by housekeeping moving the chairs, couches and tables - sounded as if they were dropping them.
