1. The only positive aspect of our stay was the fact that the Astor offered a free shuttle to any other location within two miles of the hotel and getting out of there when we could was a blessing.

4. While the staff was ultimately helpful with information, they provided nothing unsolicited - this includes everything from the included morning breakfast (which we stumbled upon the next morning) to the available hotel shuttle to local attractions.
